CZE: Libor Rouček (* 4. září 1954, Kladno) je český sociálně-demokratický politik, místopředseda Evropského parlamentu.
Emigroval v roce 1977 do Rakouska, kde v letech 1978 až 1984 studoval politické vědy a sociologii na Vídeňské univerzitě. Od roku 1980 působil jako dokumentátor v ústředí Socialistické strany Rakouska. V letech 1988 až 1991 byl redaktorem Hlasu Ameriky, později jako její spolupracovník. V letech 1991 až 1992 byl zaměstnancem Královského institutu mezinárodních záležitostí v Londýně.
V roce 2002 byl na kandidátce ČSSD zvolen do Poslanecké sněmovny parlamentu ČR. V červnu 2004 byl zvolen poslancem Evropského parlamentu, kde působil jako 1. místopředseda zahraničního výboru. - Haben Sie in dieser Abstimmung für Libor Rouček gestimmt? - V červnu 2009 svůj mandát obhájil na dalších 5 let. V červenci byl zvolen jedním z místopředsedů Evropského parlamentu a členem Výboru pro zahraniční věci.
